Chiropractic and Acupuncture benefits vary depending on insurance.

Although we do accept most insurance plans, individual benefits vary. When you schedule your appointment we will be happy to verify your benefits and let you know at the time of your visit what is covered. Cost of the visit depends on your specific plan and coverage. If you need to know price before you schedule your appointment, please call to check with your insurance company about coverage and cost.

If you do not have insurance, or a high deductible plan, we do offer cash rates.

We are not in network with Medicaid, but we do offer discounted cash rates

Cancelation and No-Show Policy

 

Appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a $25 late cancellation, no –show policy fee.

 

New Patient appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice or are subject to a $50 late cancellation no-show policy fee.
